Meet Renee, Owner and Instructor of Our Yoga 

I have been working on my personal yoga practice for many years, and in 2017 I decided to take a Yoga Teacher Training class. My intention wasn't to teach yoga , but to dive deeper into my own practice. That changed when I realized how much I loved learning about body movement, using yoga as the tool.

I've put this knowledge towards helping others with their own yoga practice, while teaching them better movement, without pain or strain.

I have continued to expand my training and knowledge through Therapeutic Yoga, Body Mechanics (anatomy, range of motion), as well as diving deeper into Yoga Asanas (postures/poses).
